Rachel Walker
Co-Founder / CMO Rachel has worked in the film industry for 15+ years in programming, producing, publicity with organizations like Comic-Con, Sundance, the Film Independent Spirit Awards, Alamo Drafthouse, and more. In 2014, she discovered her passion for immersive and escape rooms by being part of group that escaped Universal’s The Purge experience, which had only a 1% escape rate. This intensified roughly one thousand fold with the 2017 Overlook Festival, where she and fellow Interwoven co-founder Cara Mandel played the immersive game for 14 hours a day. Since then, they have between them done over 350 escape rooms and immersive experiences. Rachel also helped launch horror VR company Dark Corner, handled publicity for renowned immersive haunt Delusion, created the opening night immersive game for Two Bit Circus with Interwoven, and has consulted on and play-tested for countless interactive events. |
